 For breakfast maize meal or sorghum porridge is popular this is called motogo. It is made by pouring sorghum or millet flour into boiling water and cooking it until it becomes soft paste.Sometimes it is made thick this is called bogobe and eaten with meat and vegetables for dinner. Sorghum millet is enjoyed in different ways which are as ting ,bogobe jwa lerotse, logala, motogo le masi , motogo le madila and others.
