Lechotlho is maize that is cooked and hanged to dry after that it is pounded using hands or other traditional alternatives. This method was discovers back when the country harvested a lot of maize and there was some suppliers, this was then the way to reserve the maize well.
Botswana maize is like corn but has more starch in it.
