ADVANTAGES
1. The rise of citizen journalism ..according to Tim Pool has with so many technological advances and people exposed to high tech phones and social networks, people who are first in the scene usually have pictures,video clips that they post on social media platforms such as You tube.
2. Pool further says that these incidents and more are changing the landscape of documentary film making, because of the technology used, the distribution platforms that are available and the passion of an ordinary men and women to tell extraordinary stories that were once the domain of professional documentary makers.
3. factual film making has become a hostage to these new, immediate technologies, many working in the genre praise the development for adding a richer dimension to current affairs and factual documentaries and everyone seems to agree that the genre will never be the same.
DISADVANTAGES
1. Invades people's privacy
2. the downside of "FOUND" video. The provenance; it takes money and time to check that it is real and not faked
3. Just because you can shoot on a camera phone doesn't mean you should. Commissioners will use this as an excuse to cut budgets for factual information.

THREE MEALS YOU HAVE TO TRY IN BOTSWANA
1. Seswaa and phaletshe, or bogobe .....
Botswana's national dish should definitely be tasted when you visit the beautiful country country. All the local dishes use sorghum or maize meal as their basis. Seswaa is usually prepared by men who find it an honor to cook meat as its a primary ingredient.
2. Mophane worms are a popular dish. the blue and green caterpillar contains around 60% protein and a lot of calcium. They are hand-picked in the wilderness often by women or children. When the caterpillar has been picked, the outer shell is removed. After this they are either dried, according to the traditional style in the sun or they are smoked. Here they gain a special flavour. They can also be stored for several months, as they are an important source of nutrition in lean times. You can eat them in different forms; boiled, fried, cooked and dried....
3. Porridge ( bogobe) one dish for every day
Porridge ( Bogobe) is made with sorghum, maize or millet flour, which is put in boiled water or milk. Somrtimes the sorghum is fermented ( ting) which eaten with sugar or milk. This dish is usually eaten in the morning. Sometimes it is cooked with Botswana's special melon juice and it is called bogobe jwa lerotse.

Bread is very popular around the world and there are many ways of cooking bread as it is in Botswana. There are many types of cooked bread in Botswana which have been in our country over the years. Their traditional setswana names are as follows magwinya, diphaphata ( di-pha-pha- ta) , mapakiwa or lobaka and madombi.
ingredients of making the dough
4 cups of white or brown bread
10g of 1 pack of yeast
salt .... 1/4 tea spoon
sugar... ( desired size )

Mangwinya ( fat cakes) , This is bread deep fried in cooking oil. It can be enjoyed with mince in the middle or any other meat that one wants to use e.g ( seswaa-- pounded beef ). The taste of such fat cakes is extraordinary.

Mapakiwa or lobaka is pot bread which is cooked by rubbing cooking oil in a pot, placing small buns of dough in the pot, then putting the lead upside down and putting fire on top and under the pot, basically its like our traditional oven. Different tribes have ways of cooking it but not far from the procedure.

Madombi is dough cooked in small potion of water almost like steamed dough. This bread is very popular and is enjoyed at dinner with beef stew and vegetables.

Mopane worms are very popular in Botswana especially in the North west district and the central district. The worms are harvested then cooked and dried. some eat them dried some cook them with vegetables to add flavour. The images below will tell the process of mopane worms.

For breakfast maize meal or sorghum porridge is popular this is called motogo. It is made by pouring sorghum or millet flour into boiling water and cooking it until it becomes soft paste.Sometimes it is made thick this is called bogobe and eaten with meat and vegetables for dinner. Sorghum millet is enjoyed in different ways which are as ting ,bogobe jwa lerotse, logala, motogo le masi , motogo le madila and others.

The national dish of Botswana is called seswaa . This is meat cooked by boiling it and adding salt for flavour . The meat is cooked for two hours it is then shredded and pounded. Some add onions to enhance the flavour but it is strictly cooked with salt only. This is then served on top of thick maize meal called phaletshe.

Phaletshe is served with different leafy green called morogo which comes in diffrerent types e.g morogo wa dinawa - this is leafy green cooked, pounded, then dried. it is harvested from the different legumes that are planted in Botswana. other types are thepe, and delele.

INTRODUCTION
Botswana is a country made up of different tribes which are Bangwato, Bakwena, Bangwaketse, Barolong, Bamalete, Batlokwa, Bakalaka,and Basarwa. These tribes have various traditional dishes that they serve during special occasions. These dishes represent the culture of Batswana.
